What You'll Do:

As a Collections Specialist Summer Intern, you'll assist the collections team with various tasks, including collecting payments from customers and maintaining data integrity. You'll also support report analysis and refreshing using Microsoft Excel.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Email Statements of Account (SOAs) to customers
Use Microsoft Excel daily to analyze data and refresh reports
Create and present ad hoc analysis reports for management
Address past-due concerns by escalating them to the appropriate teams
Support your manager by downloading reports, following up on emails, and auditing data in Tableau
What We're Looking For:

Current college/university student studying Accounting, Finance, or Business
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
A positive, proactive attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, temporary, and remote position. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour-long break, though flexibility is available.

$20 per hour
