Digital Marketing Manager (Boston Only) Location Boston, MA : NetVirta is in the business of satisfying the world's desire for better-fitting products. Since our MIT origins in 2008, we've partnered with medical professionals to provide patients with custom-fit orthotics, sporting goods brands to equip NFL & NCAA players with custom-fit helmets, and fashion brands like Victoria's Secret to ensure shoppers are happy with the fit of their online purchases. All of this is enabled by our world-class, smartphone-based 3D body scanning technology, commercially known as CurveCapture® (medical) and Verifyt® (retail). About the role: We're seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team to help our consumer-facing efforts. As our Digital Marketing Manager you will plan and execute our digital marketing campaigns across a variety of paid channels to drive user growth and engagement. This is a collaborative position that also requires a high degree of independent work due to the nature of our small team. The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Growth.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across a variety of paid channels, including paid media, paid search, paid social, SEO/SEM, ASO, and more.
  • Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and data-driven insights, leveraging analytics to enhance campaign performance across critical metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze paid campaign performance metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and insights that inform strategic decisions and drive alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other facets of the marketing team (Influencer, Content, Social Media) to ensure synergy between digital marketing efforts and broader company goals.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, driving innovation and effectiveness in our campaigns.
  • Effectively manage digital marketing budgets and expenses for each campaign, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving user growth and engagement.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, and others.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions that impact campaign performance and ROI.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
