Position Overview: As a Drain Technician at Duane Blanton Services, you'll be responsible for restoring flow to residential drains, providing exceptional customer service, and educating customers on drain maintenance. You'll also have the opportunity to earn a plumbing apprentice card and work towards Journeyman Licensure. A Typical Day Looks Like: Restoring flow to residential drains and providing necessary information for follow-up by a Sewer Supervisor. Delivering 5-Star customer service and educating customers on drain care best practices. Participating in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency calls. What Does It Take?
