Prep Cook – Vine Street Pub & Brewery

Pay: $18.81/hr + Tip Share (Team Average: $22–$30/hr)

Vine Street Pub, part of the Mountain Sun family of pubs, is now hiring a full-time Prep Cook to join our Back of House team! About the Role:

As a Prep Cook , you’ll be responsible for laying the foundation of every dish we serve. You’ll prep fresh ingredients from scratch daily—everything from chopping vegetables to portioning proteins to making sauces. This role is ideal for someone who loves the behind-the-scenes magic of a busy kitchen and takes satisfaction in setting up the team for a successful service.

You’ll work closely with the rest of our kitchen team in a supportive, non-hierarchical structure where your contributions matter and are recognized. Whether you're restocking mise en place, helping maintain kitchen cleanliness, or jumping in to support the line, your attention to detail and reliability will be essential to our success.
